Nestled on Sarita Place overlooking the greenway, this unique home was the architectural designer's personal project - Designed by Scott Ede (Scott Ede Design) and meticulously brought to life by Harrold Builders in 2022.
With open-plan living, a family home, a home office and a guest suite, the house packs in a multitude of functions.
It features two gable forms that gently come together with "lean-tos", paying homage to the humble alpine huts and cottages of Central Otago's past.
Clad in cedar weatherboard and slate-coloured steel, the exterior creates a huge contrast to the interior that has a light, bright & airy alpine feel.
Harnessing the power of the sun, the house is equipped with solar panels and batteries, quietly contributing to sustainability.
